So now in addition to tracking how MUCH food you’re eating, also start tracking your macro nutrients and which ones your getting the most (or least of). The Lose It app has a separate page with a pie chart that easily shows you how many grams of each macro nutrient are being consumed on any given day. Make sure you’re entering accurate info!
