7 Tips for Successful Weight Loss

Back in September I put together this 7 Day Video Series that teaches the most important steps you need to follow for Successful Weight Loss and long term body transformation. These are actual strategies and tasks you can implement for real results.

In this article I’m sharing all 7 videos on one page so you can easily watch them in order. If you tuned in to Total Wellness Tuesday on 100.9 The Cat this morning, you also heard Kevin and I talk about Goal Setting and the ways you can realistically work towards your fitness and weight loss goals and actually get to the point where you’re seeing results. Those tips will also be reinforced in these videos.

If you’d like to go back and read any additional written information that I shared with these videos, you can go to each separate post by clicking on the links I provide below.

I recommend you watch these over a series of days rather than all at once since each lesson builds upon the next.

If you DO watch all of them at once, you’ll probably still want to go back and break each lesson down anyway, so book mark this page.

I also recommend a notepad or something you can start to take notes on as there will be lot’s of things you’ll need to write down, for best results. Have a pen handy before you start watching.

As I mentioned in yesterdays newsletter that I sent out, and the attached article, your best bet is to embrace this as a long term process. Expect hang ups, expect missteps, expect frustration, and expect it to be more time consuming initially. Celebrate any little thing that you do RIGHT. Success is built upon small incremental changes that are gradually done more often, over a period of time.

Let’s get started.
