Hi everyone! I’m pretty sure I accidentally referred to yesterday’s Fitness Tip as #24 but it wasn’t. Today is #24. But yesterday’s tip, Sliding Knee Tucks, and today’s exercise build off of one another.
And speaking of slip ups, I accidentally deleted today’s video from my phone before making the recap photo’s so we won’t have those today!
There’s one other thing I want to tell you and I mean it. You really need to come work out with us Next Tuesday, November 28th. If you’re intimidated by the word “marathon” know that you only work out for 30 Minutes! That’s it! 12 Exercises in a round. You do each exercise for 30 seconds (then rest for 30 seconds) and you go around 2 times. This is appropriate for any fitness level. We are going to have SO much fun! You can do this!
If you’ve never done a metabolic workout but always wanted to try, this is the perfect opportunity! And all of the money you help us raise goes to Mental Health Association in New York State, Inc. and their campaign to Take Away the Stigma of Mental Illness.
Plus, like I told you in yesterday’s Fitness Tip Video (#23) everyone who registers for our Lift Away the Stigma, Circuit Training Marathon (or donates $35 or more) will receive a FREE 30 Minute Circuit Training Manual from me THIS SUNDAY, in your inbox.
You guys, it’s not just ANY 30 Minute Circuit Workout, but the actual one you’ll be doing with us at real [FIT] life on November 28th when you help us Lift Away the Stigma.
You’ll get:
-
An advanced look at all 12 of the exercises we’ll be doing (photo of each)
-
How to tips
-
Modification recommendations for each exercise
-
A video of each exercise
And then you can also do this Circuit Workout on your own, because I know you’ll want to.
So go HERE and register!
Mental Health Fact #24: If you have, or believe you may have, a mental health problem, it can be helpful to talk about these issues with others. It can be scary to reach out for help, but it is often the first step to helping you heal, grow, and recover.Having a good support system and engaging with trustworthy people are key elements to successfully talking about your own mental health. Here’s Fitness Tip #23 of 30 Days to Lift Away the Stigma: Hanging Knee Raises. Yesterday’s tip, Plank with sliding knee tucks (go HERE to see that) is a great variation to master first, or to do in place of this if you aren’t strong enough (yet) to hang from a bar safely.
Sorry we don’t have the usual recap with photos! I’ll be more careful when I go deleting things from my phone…
If you’d like to participate in this Amazing 30 Minute Circuit Workout, and help “Lift Away the Stigma” of Mental Illness go HERE to register online or download your registration form and mail it in! And if you can’t attend, we’d still love your support. No matter where you live, this is an important matter that affects all of us.
Join us for an Amazing 30 Minute Circuit Workout that’s “Challenging Yet Doable” for any fitness level, at real [FIT] life on Giving Tuesday, November 28th. To register, go here. All proceeds go to Mental Health Association in New York State, Inc.
