IWTBPL: Rest of week 4 (the Deadlift PR that almost wasn’t)

I am still experiencing surprise each time I approach one of my training sessions and see that I am once again stronger.


I am actually in the middle of Week 5 right now but I have had so much else to write about, I haven’t posted any other recent updates regarding my training program, so lets get caught up.
