It’s 5:30 in the morning and I am sitting at the airport preparing to board my flight to Kansas City for The Fitness Summit. I just returned from Florida on Sunday so the last three days have been a whirlwind of getting things done. In addition to my mom duties and house duties, continuing to build my business, and training lots of real [FIT] life’rs at our new training center, I also needed to get a week’s worth of training completed for myself.
I don’t normally train three consecutive days but I wanted to stay on track with this process and it was all the time I had. So on Monday I trained my Deadlift program, Tuesday was my Catch all day, and yesterday was Squat focus. You can read about Monday’s successful deadlift workout, here.
Another challenge I dealt with this week was sleep deprivation. I typically take my sleep schedule very seriously but given how much I had to get done prior to traveling again, I averaged about 6 hours a night as opposed to my solid standard of eight.
Regardless, things went pretty well and I am going to share my results with you. Today I will show you what I did on my Catch all day, Tuesday. Then in another day or two I will share the results from yesterday’s Squat session.
