I haven’t done kettlebell windmills in a while. I’d forgotten how much my shoulders love them! Today I’m sharing a demo video with some basic tips.

 

I’m sharing this Fitness Tip for a very important reason. We’re gearing up for 30 Days to Lift away the Stigma”.

We’re helping to Lift Away the Stigma surrounding mental illness and all of our proceeds are going to the Mental Health Association in New York State and their campaign to educate and to Take Away Stigma Surrounding mental illness. You can help us!

You can read more below, but now let’s get to those Windmills, an exercise that’s harder than it looks. There’s a lot to focus on here, so be sure to master it with lighter weight first, or even just bodyweight. That’s cool too.
