Week 2: Making a meal plan for YOU
This is where you learn how to customize the basics you learned so that your program works for YOU and your lifestyle.
Week 3: Setting yourself up for Permanent Success
This isn’t a diet, this is a sustainable way of eating. This week we talk about mindset and how to make this a consistent part of your life. Not a DIET.
Week 4: Putting your plan into Motion – On your own
Now you go off on your own for a week and practice all of the principles you’ve been learning in layers over the last 3 weeks
Week 5: Coaching Support Check In
This is when we circle back so you can share the areas where you’re struggling the most. We’ll trouble shoot as a group and I’ll give you the guidance you need to get over those hurdles and make this work for you!
